Tele-fundraiser Manager


Greenpeace Hungary is looking for a talented and motivated Tele-fundraiser Manager with strong communication skills and experiences. If you want to use all this knowledge and experience to enforce real and meaningful action in the face of climate and ecological crisis, we are looking for you. As part of the Engagement Department of Greenpeace Hungary, you would be responsible for managing the tele-fundraising program of the organisation.

Main tasks of the Tele-fundraiser manager are:

  • develop and maintain excellent supporter relations by giving a high level of customer service;
  • inspiring supporters to continue their financial support of our campaigns;
  • keeping continuous contact with our supporters via different ways of communication, like phone calls or emails;
  • organizing and running tele-fundraising campaigns and pushes;
  • coordinating and managing the requests of our donors and supporters.


The candidate should:

  • be able to communicate assertively orally and in writing;
  • be a good problem-solver and a storyteller;
  • have work experience in fields relating to this position, such as fundraising, customer services or telemarketing;
  • be conscientious, punctual, hard-working and goal-oriented;
  • have good time management skills;
  • have a high command of both Hungarian and English;
  • be resilient and patient;
  • identify with Greenpeace values.

Additional skills:

  • basic understanding & knowledge on SQL database
  • experience in the NGO sector.
