Currently we are looking for a Web Support Engineer to join our 90 people strong team in Vienna.
You will provide second and third level support to internal departments for advanced configuring and enhancements of our web tools used or developed by Greenpeace (i.e. Newsletter Workflows-Tool, Engagement Tool, Marketing-CMS, Online Donation Form). You will be testing new feature developments for our own software and creating training materials for broadening Know How across the organization.
